1st Regional Stakeholder Group Workshop

The Union of Slovak Clusters organized its first regional stakeholder group workshop within the project Finance4SocialChange in Námestovo – Slanická Osada. The workshop was organized in one of the least developed regions in Slovakia, which is Orava. The participants of the workshop were mayors of municipalities in Orava region, who run an existing SE (start-up/scale-up) as well as those who are interested in the establishment of SE. The aim was to discuss good and bad practices in social entrepreneurship as well as trends, visions and barriers to social entrepreneurship.
2nd Regional Stakeholder Group Workshop and Pitching Repair Session

The 2nd RSGW was organized back-to-back with the Pitching Repair Session. The general topic of these events was “Best practice examples of social entrepreneurship”. During RSGW, the participants had the opportunity to identify niches in the area of public interventions and financing of social entrepreneurship in Slovakia.
The aim of pitching was to present good practice examples and to identify, test and validate skills of social entrepreneurs in presenting their business cases in front of the plenary audience composed of various types of stakeholders and experts in social economy.
3rd Regional Stakeholder Group Workshop

The 3rd RSGW within Finance4SocialChange project was held in Trnava. The aim of the event was to provide space for discussion among relevant stakeholders in the area of social entrepreneurship, to exchange the experience, to present the law on social economy and also the best practice examples.
